Me Ahjolassa haluamme tehdä Tampereesta ihan jokaiselle hyvän paikan kasvaa ja oppia uutta. Tarjoamme ohjattua toimintaa ja opinto- ja harrastusmahdollisuuksia kaikenikäisille.

Pyrimme omalla toiminnallamme edistämään yhteisöllisyyttä ja ihmisten kokonaisvaltaista hyvinvointia sekä ehkäisemään syrjäytymistä. Ahjola kuuluu Suomen Setlementtiliittoon.

Ilmoittautuminen syyskaudelle alkaa netissä 1.7.2019 klo 10:00. 

Tiedustelut ja ilmoittautuminen puhelimitse 1.7.- 5.7. sekä 5.8. alkaen (ma-to klo 10-15) p. 044 5538425 (ei tekstiviestejä!).

Syyskausi käynnistyy ma 2.9.2019 ja päättyy su 1.12.2019. Huom! Ratinan tanssikerhot alkavat kuitenkin vasta ma 9.9. ja päättyvät ke 4.12. Koulujen syyslomaviikolla kerhot kokoontuvat normaalisti. Pidätämme oikeuden tehdä muutoksia ohjelmassa annettuihin tietoihin. Mikäli lukukauden aikana yksi kerhon kokoontumiskerta peruuntuu järjestäjästä riippumattomista syistä, korvaavaa kertaa ei järjestetä.

Lasten ja nuorten kerhot on suunnattu alle 18-vuotiaille Tampereella tai lähialueella asuville lapsille ja nuorille. Kaikki toiminnassa mukana olevat alle 18-vuotiaat ovat vakuutettuja OP-Pohjolassa Ahjolan toimesta.

Ilmoittautuminen 

Kerhoihin ilmoittaudutaan aina ennakkoon joko netissä tai puhelimitse yllä mainittuina aikoina. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova eli ilmoittautuessasi sitoudut kerhopaikan maksamiseen huolimatta siitä, että jättäisit paikan käyttämättä. Kerhopaikat täytetään ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä. Otamme yhteyttä varasijalla oleviin, mikäli kerhopaikkoja vapautuu myöhemmin. Kerhoon ilmoittaudutaan aina lapsen nimellä. Kerho toteutuu, jos ilmoittautuneita on kerhokohtainen vähimmäismäärä. Kerhon peruuntumisesta tai aikataulumuutoksista ilmoitetaan huoltajille ensisijaisesti tekstiviestillä. Alkamisesta ei tiedoteta erikseen.

Tutustumiskerrasta on sovittava ennen ilmoittautumista ottamalla yhteys toimistoon. Yhteen tutustumiskertaan on mahdollisuus, mikäli kerhossa on tilaa. Tämä ei koske musiikkikerhoja tai muita pienryhmiä.
 

Kerhomaksu 

Maksu kattaa osallistumisen lukukaudelle. Sisaralennuksia ei ole lapsen ja aikuisen yhteisiä kerhoja lukuun ottamatta. Kerhomaksu maksetaan joko ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä verkkopankin kautta tai 14 vrk:n kuluessa ilmoittautumisvahvistukseen merkittyä viitenumeroa käyttäen kerhotoiminnan tilille.

Kerhopaikan peruminen

Kerhopaikan voi perua maksutta 7 päivää ennen kerhon alkua joko internetin ilmoittautumissivulla omalla ilmoittautumisnumerolla tai puhelimitse toimistoon. Kerhomaksu palautetaan vain, jos kerho peruuntuu osallistujamäärän vähyyden vuoksi tai toiminnan järjestäjästä johtuvista syistä. Kerhon perumisesta ja muista kerhoon liittyvistä asioista ilmoitetaan kerholaisen huoltajalle tekstiviestillä.

We organize Finnish courses from beginner’s level A1 to level B2, in four locations. Our Finnish courses are open to everyone, but students need to register for most of the courses. We do not provide language testing, but certificates of attendance are provided on request. If you need a certificate after the course, please contact our office: toimisto @ ahjola.fi.

Note! The 3 courses for immigrant women held in Naistari are an exception, there is no advance registration for them.How to register?

• online registration (only in Finnish) – this is suitable for you if you have a Finnish ID. Registration opens on July 1st, 2019.
• registration by phone at 044 553 8444 on weekdays between 10 am and 3 pm from August 5th, 2019

If you register by phone, have a pen and paper ready as you will get the reference number for paying the course fee during the phone call.

Note that your registration is binding; if you know you can’t attend the course, please cancel your registration at least 8 days before the course begins (free of charge). For cancellations 1-7 days before the beginning of the course we charge a handling fee (15 €). After the course has started, the whole course fee is charged. Finnish courses for immigrants

Easy Finnish for immigrant women (level 0-A1)  1201002

The course is for immigrant women who do not speak any Finnish yet. We study Finnish at a slow pace. After this course you can read and write some words and short sentences and answer e.g. personal questions. The course material is provided by the teacher. The course is mainly intended for students who cannot attend our evening courses. The course is not intended for students who are illiterate in their own language. Registration in Naistari during the first lesson, no advance registration.

More Finnish for immigrant women (level A1)   1201003

A Finnish course for immigrant men who have learned only a little Finnish and want to learn more to survive in practical, everyday situations. After this course you can read and write short texts, e.g. messages, tell about yourself and your family and manage in practical situations in Finnish. The course is organized in co-operation with Mattila, a civic house for all men. On the course we will focus on speaking and reading, but the students also have the opportunity to hand in writing assignments for feedback from the teacher. Elementary Finnish online (level A1)   1201040

The course is for students who have studied some Finnish for beginners, e.g. Suomen mestari 1 or other beginner’s course and want further practise of the basics of elementary Finnish. We work on vocabulary, grammar, listening and simple writing. The course suits students who want to work independently at their own time. Some of the coursework is done independently following the instructions from the teacher. There will also be a weekly assignment on which the students get feedback from the teacher. The languages of instruction on this course are English and Finnish. To participate you need a computer with an internet connection and basic computer skills. The course is held completely online; the learning platform used is Peda.net. The teacher will contact the participants by email prior to the beginning of the course, so make sure to give your valid email address when you register. Finnish online (level A2-B1)   1201041

The course is designed for students whose language level is at least A2: you have studied Finnish for at least two years and can communicate in Finnish in everyday situations and understand basic texts in Finnish. The course suits you if you want to improve especially your written Finnish skills. We focus on writing as well as understanding written and spoken Finnish. The course platform used is Peda.net. Part of the course exercises are done independently with guidance from the teacher; and once a week you will get feedback from the teacher after handing in a weekly assignment. The course is held completely online, and you can study at the times that suit you best. To participate you need a computer with an internet connection and headphones/speakers. The language of the course is Finnish, but English may be used if necessary for understanding. When you register on the course, make sure to give your email address correctly so that the teacher can contact you.
